These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triponomy mobile application ("App") provided by Scriptmancer ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Triponomy is a travel-planning application that helps you discover places of interest along a driving route or within a radius of a chosen location. Core features include route planning, place discovery, trip saving, plan sharing, and a Driving Assistant that provides proximity alerts while you drive.
The App is available in a free tier and a paid PRO tier. Some features are restricted to PRO subscribers as indicated within the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the App without an account, but certain features (PRO subscription, plan sharing) require you to sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Triponomy PRO is a paid subscription available through Google Play (and in future through the Apple App Store). All purchases are processed by the respective platform store and are subject to that store's payment terms and refund policies.
The App requests access to your device's location for the following purposes:
Trip plans you create are saved locally on your device. When you choose to share a plan, a copy is stored on our servers and a shareable link is generated. Place searches, route origins and destinations, and selected points of interest are transmitted to our servers to power the App's planning features; this data is not persistently stored in identifiable form after processing. You retain ownership of your content. By sharing a plan you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of delivering the shared link.
You agree not to share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates these Terms.

The App integrates third-party services including Google Sign-In, Supabase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and Foursquare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Place data (names, coordinates, categories) is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence and from Foursquare. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of place data.
The free tier of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. PRO subscribers will be ad-free once this feature is activated. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
The App, its design, and all original content (excluding third-party data and open-source components) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that place data will be accurate or up to date.
The Driving Assistant is an informational aid only. It does not replace navigation software, road signs, or your own judgement. Never interact with the App while driving — set up your route before you begin your journey.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; to delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion option in the App's Settings screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
