These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triponomy mobile application ("App") provided by Scriptmancer ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Triponomy is a travel-planning application that helps you discover places of interest along a driving route or within a radius of a chosen location. Core features include route planning, place discovery, trip saving, plan sharing, a travel journal in which you can rate and review the stops you visited, a community layer for publishing and browsing routes, and a Driving Assistant that announces upcoming stops while you drive.
The App is available in a free tier and a paid PRO tier. Some features are restricted to PRO subscribers as indicated within the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the App without an account, but certain features (PRO subscription, plan sharing, publishing to the community, following other travellers) require you to sign in with a Google, Facebook, or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Publishing a route to the community requires you to choose a username, which is visible to other users. Usernames that impersonate others, or that are unlawful or offensive, may be reclaimed or removed.
Triponomy PRO is a paid subscription available through Google Play (and in future through the Apple App Store). All purchases are processed by the respective platform store and are subject to that store's payment terms and refund policies.
The App requests access to your device's location for the following purposes:
Trip plans you create are saved locally on your device. When you choose to share a plan, a copy is stored on our servers and a shareable link is generated. Place searches, route origins and destinations, and selected points of interest are transmitted to our servers to power the App's planning features; this data is not persistently stored in identifiable form after processing.
The App also lets you rate the stops on a completed route, write reviews, upload photos, and publish a route to the community ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By sharing a plan, publishing a route, or submitting a review, rating, or photo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and display that content within the App, on shared-link pages, and on this website, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Do not upload photographs of identifiable people without their consent.
Moderation. Reviews pass through an automated profanity filter; anything it flags is withheld pending manual review. Uploaded photos are shown to other users only after a moderator approves them. Numeric ratings are always public and are aggregated into a per-place score, counting one rating per person per place. We may remove, refuse to publish, or withhold any content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, commercial spam, or that infringes third-party rights, at our discretion and without notice.

The App integrates third-party services including Google, Facebook, and Apple Sign-In, Supabase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, OpenRouteService, Google Maps Platform, Open-Meteo, and Geoapify and OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
Place data (names, coordinates, categories) is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence and served via Geoapify and OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of place data.
The free tier of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. PRO subscribers do not see advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
The App, its design, and all original content (excluding third-party data and open-source components) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that place data will be accurate or up to date.
The Driving Assistant is an informational aid only. It does not replace navigation software, road signs, or your own judgement. Never interact with the App while driving — set up your route before you begin your journey.
Routes, reviews, ratings, and photos published by other users are their opinions and content, not ours. We do not verify their accuracy, and we do not endorse any place, business, or route on the basis of a community score.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; to delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion option in the App's Settings screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
