Žižkov Television Tower

Rumoured to have been intended by the communists to jam western radio signals (but not completed until 1992), the most hideous building in Prague offers spectacular views of the city. The cafe at the top is a great place to grab a coffee and enjoy the view. Look for the giant metallic alien babies added to the outside of tower, which have helped to soften critiques of the tower's harsh architecture.
