Architectural monument. Built in 1925-1927, in constructivism style. The total area of 40,000 m². At the Central Telegraph building is now possible to see one of the earliest projects emblem of the Soviet Union (1923): a globe surrounded by ears, above the red star on the sides of the hammer and sickle.
