The home base of the master of all chefs, "Monsieur Paul", this restaurant held 3 Michelin stars for a record 55 years, dropping to two only after his death in 2018. Classic French cuisine, with an extortionate price tag; by all accounts the food remains very good, but there are definitely cheaper options around.
