Founded in 1786, it is the second oldest restaurant in Spain (after Casa Botín in Madrid). The prices are mid range and the quality is quite good for the price. They serve traditional Catalan food. But the most interesting from the restaurant is the decoration, an eclectic mix from all the times. A really good option if you don't have much time/money.
