Perfectly perched on Place Bellecour since 1888, this rather over-the-top hotel is now part of Accor's boutiquey MGallery collection. Expect rococo and chinoiserie, creepy marionettes, a bar encrusted in red velvet that could double as a Parisian bordello, and compact but modern and comfortable rooms.
